Return Window

We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In the same condition as received

  • With original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase


How to Initiate a Return

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with:

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at dealdinners@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

As with our general policy, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • With tags and original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
